Payment Policy

Our main payment method across all of Algeria: you pay when you receive your parcel. Nothing is charged upfront.

You can also pay in advance by bank card (EDAHABIA or CIB) through our secure payment partner, Chargily. - Paying online is optional — Cash on Delivery is always available. - When you pay online, delivery is included in the amount. - A discount may apply to online prepayment (shown at checkout). - Payments are processed securely by Chargily; we never see or store your card details.

For orders of 3 books or more, we may require an advance deposit before production: - Usually 2000 DZD, sometimes more depending on order risk/size - The deposit amount is confirmed during the phone call - Production starts only after the deposit is received (when required)

Deposits: cancel before production starts → deposit refunded (transfer fees may apply); after production starts → the deposit becomes non-refundable. Online card payments: cancel before production starts → the amount is refunded to the original card (timing depends on your bank); after production starts, the personalized-book amount is non-refundable.

If delivery fails (retour vers expéditeur) or you repeatedly refuse/are unreachable, we may restrict or ban future Cash-on-Delivery orders.
