You are responsible for the accuracy of: Child name, Child photo, Age range, Language selection, Delivery details. We confirm key details by phone before creation. Once confirmed and production begins, changes may not be possible.

A preview (such as a cover preview) is a representation to show what will be produced. Minor variations can happen due to printing and production processes.

By uploading a child photo, you confirm you have permission/rights to use it for creating the personalized book.

We never use your uploaded photos for public marketing. They are used only to create your order.

We delete: - Uploaded photos within 2 weeks after delivery (or 3 days after cancellation) - Generated content within 1 month after delivery
